Returning Generic Oregon State Park branded merchandise from Retail Store Items Tab:
You may return or exchange your item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase for a refund or replacement. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price. Unless the return is necessary due to a defective item or is our error, we do not refund original shipping costs. In all cases, items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the shipping costs. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
To arrange a return or exchange for Retail Store Items, you can obtain a Return Authorization (RA) by using one of the following methods:
Reply to your original order confirmation email (please identify the item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return)
Email us at customercare@oregonstateparks.shop (please provide Name, Order number, the item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return)
We will issue you an Authorization and send it to you via email and will include the address to ship your item to. If you are returning an item we shipped in error or was defective or damaged we will include a pre-posted shipping label.
Returning Custom ordered branded merchandise from eCatalog – Custom Identity Items Tab:
All custom branded sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for any custom ordered items. We will accept returns for items that are defective in either quality or workmanship or are damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail to confirm a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
